Hi all, I did SW 2 years ago and loved it losing two stone. We have been through some pretty rough times recently including unemployment and a bereavement. I have put one back on. I was very ill on SW last time but since have discovered I have an allergy to cereals and sweeteners. Tried to go back a little while ago but the consultant wasn't very helpful. I'm going back tonight as there is a new consultant but I'd really love some tips on keeping my syns low avoiding hi-fi bars (sob) and I'd really like to keep sugar in my tea!
