Yes i was taking it and stopped about a month ago. I am still losing the same without it. I didn't have side effects but was very careful not to exceed my fat levels. personally i don't think it's worth the money if your doing SW. You can get orlistat (xenical) whichi is slightly stornger so may work more effectively. hope that helps?

there was a bit of a debate about Alli on this forum a couple of months or so back so it's probably worth having a search to find that as there were a few mixed opinions if I remember correctly.

i know that Alli is different to things such as Adios, but what is the general consesus on prodcuts like Adios - do they just banish water? Thank you

I've heard horrible things about the side effects of Alli, put it this way I think in the info leaflet they advise you to carry a change of clothes with you. I wouldn't ever consider using anything like this, all natural for me lol

You could take Aqua Ban for water retention - much cheaper than Alli and no nasty side effects.
