Addicted to Minimins!!!
Here i am back again. I am starting a New diary, hoping for a new me once again. I am fed up of being overweight. Now I no this is my own fault. Joined a SW class last feb & lost stone & a half but now I am 13st 6.5lbs, a stone heavier than I was when I started last year and TBH I am ashamed now of how I look. I am pushing my OH away. I don't want him seeing me or touching me & I luv him so much I am scared I may push hi, away completely. We have been together for 11yrs and I no I am being paranoid about him leaving but u hear stories all the time.

I have a few wks b4 my hols which is a camping trip so hope to get a few lbs off for then, I will enjoy my hols the. Get str8 back to it.

I was we'll into completing the 5k jog Scotland and completed the 5k race for life but I have shin splints so need to rest up for a few wks, Drs 2moro 2 get referred for physio in the hope I can get back to my running.

Anyhoo enuf wattling on, don't want to be boring you all.

Happy reading and I hope we can all inspire each other. Food will follow x

So .....

I never got very far when started this new diary & since then I have put on yet more weight. I have had to give up running as I have suspected shin splints. Have physio tomorrow but suspect they will find nothing as it has been weeks since running but better safe than sorry.

I have joined class again with a 12 wk course for more motivation. I was away on holiday to the Lake District last week and I was so hot, sweaty & uncomfortable all down to my weight. All the rolls of fat did my clothes no favours so there were very few pics taken of me as I permanently had sweat running down front & back. Long walks in the sun were a definite no no. I am so fed up feeling like this. I know there is no one to blame but myself and its up to me to get back to a healthy weight.

My main problem has bn my OH going offshore and I took the approach of no one can see me eat it..... Well they can all see it on me now :-(

I am now 13st 10lbs. This is a stone heavier than when I started SW for the first time last year.

I usually talk to myself on here but better to vent somewhere than hold it all in & end up sabotaging again!!

So feeling a bit bloated today & maybe TMI but think i am bit bunged up. was on hols last week & ate hardly any veg. Bn back on veg & water & it has bn working but still iffy. Only day 2 of SW so should get back in2 pattern soon.

Too warm 2 sleep @ nite but btr than too cold. Catch up on sleep @ some point!!

Will update dinner when no wot havin!!

Well was at physio tonight and I have the all clear to start running again. I am only to 'road' run once a wk tho, others will nd to b on treadmill or grass which is fine as I have a treadmill in the house. Will make a start on say as I am out str8 after work 2moro. So pleased about this, means I can get a proper start on the diet.

Another hot hot stuffy day, a quick day at work so 2moro should b jst as quick as still checking emails from getting back from hols :-/

Late supper due to late physio appt so,jst noodles and veg. Wee snack b4 bed.

I've done couch to 5k a couple of times! I usually give up half way through though, because I'm stupid, decide I can do more than 3 minutes, do about 15 minutes and then burn myself out!

Not recording today as WI & treat night. Pretty much the same thru day, cereal, milk, coffee, water, fruit, mug shot, veggies. Dinner was treat of sausage oven chips & beans. Not overboard too much compared to wot I would normally have had!!!

Lost 3lbs so very happy with that. Long way to go but lose slow, longer lasting results :)

Horrible day but I missed all the thunder & lightening and i love to listen/watch it. Rain off at the moment but it is very foggy but still warm.
