Right, I will tell you all upfront that I'm rubbish at diaries and rarely stick to them so you may want to wait a week or two until you invest any time in reading it!!
I lost a lot of weight with the Cambridge Plan in 2009 and was very active here on Minimins but as the pounds have gone back on my posts started dwindling. It's just not as much fun posting about weight gain - I'd much prefer to bury my head in the sand (or in a box of chocolates) and try not to think about the clothes being too tight.
Here I am, 4 years later, and all the weight that I lost have found me again and attached itself on my body differently this time so that I look like I'm pregnant! I've had 2 comments from people thinking I'm expecting and it was excruciating but it did give me the kick needed to take some action and so I've joined SW (have done SW several times before but not stuck to it for long).
So far I'm 3 weeks in and have lost 1lb lol. That might sound pathetic but I had some not great news at the beginning of week 2 and it resulted in chaotic eating including meals out etc so I put on 3lbs that week. Overall I'm sticking to the SW rules quite well and am hopefull that I can do this provided that I carry on going to meetings. I've got 2 holidays coming up so they will be a challenge but I will do my best.
So, in order to try and track my food choices and my (fingers crossed) weight loss I thought a diary here might be useful.
I weigh in on a Monday and this week I lost 2.5lbs so happy with that. I'm aiming for 1lb next week as I'm away for the weekend and also working away one night as well as a girl's night out on Friday - actually I'll be happy with a STS really...
Menu for today is:
B: Strawberries, banana
L: Spag Bols with grated cheese (1/2HEA)
D: Paprika Chicken (3)
S: SW Ferrero Rocher x 5 = (5), yogurt, bag of popchips (5), hifi (HEB), coffee (1/2 HEA)
