Almost carb-free sausages!?

I'm just letting anyone that doesn't know, ASDA do gluten free sausages that have "trace" carbs per 100g. I've been avoiding sausages as all the ones I've seen where pretty carby, but the "gluten free" caught my eye and thought, just maybe...

I usually buy Asda's normal ones for hubby but I can convert to these and help him eat them bonus

I had a few last night and they were very delish! Really meaty and juicy! I had 3 and just counted them as 1g carbs, just to be safe. I love that I can eat sausages now! Hehe
