I have yet to start Slimming World (first meeting tomorrow!) but have read a lot about about Alpen light bars as healthy extras.
I normally have cereal bars for breakfast during the week at work, so these would be useful, but when I've tried these in the past, they have given me terrible wind!
Are there any non-windy alternatives, or any tips to tackle the wind??
