Alpro Coconut Milk

Hi Guys

I am new here so apologise if this question has already been asked numerous times before, here goes:

I buy a spice mix for a lovely mild curry, it requires 'coconut milk' I was wondering if I could use Alpro's coconut milk instead of a can?

This might be a really stupid question so feel free to tell me so

I have only just seen your post.
I do hope you are still on here.
There is never a stupid question. ( Just wasted one's because people won't ask them )

I don't use coconut milk myself. However in group people have swapped coconut milk for Aldi coconut yoghurt and used the coconut cooking spray.

Just use a low heat to prevent splitting.
