Hi guys, I have currently been doing juice plus which consists of shakes and capsules. In just my first four days I lost 5lbs and I am continuing to loose every week. Myself and my work colleagues have started doing it all together to support each other and we are doing so well. I wondered if anyone else would be interested in some more information about these products. I suffered so bad with my stomach and self esteem and I have now never been so confident. I think this is really helping so many ppl and I want to continue to do the same
