Well Iv had the scan bran....and it wasn't too bad! I crushed it up and put it in my porridge! I was expecting it to have a horrible taste but it just reminds me of dry ryvitas :-/

I know that your suppose to have scan bran but would, say 28g of bran flakes plus 1 dark ryvita be ok?

Erm yeah!!!! Lol Ryvita is so much nicer than scanbran! Get some and you'll see what I mean. It's so tough it hurts your front teeth when you bite it and chewing it is just like chewing through a thick piece of chipboard!

They still have them in my local store (or they did yesterday) but I agree with you - I can't find them on line!
