am i allowed

what phase are you in? I assume induction?
in that case, no to rhubarb, yoghurt and as long at the fizzy water is sugar free i think it should be fine.

I could be wrong though, check the book xx

Rhubarb is allowed according to the book and is 1.7net carbs per 110g xxx

I stand corrected xx

I think flavoured fizzy water has citric acid in it so not good for induction?

I'm trying to steer clear of it generally and just have sparkling mineral water - but Jim the oracle will know for sure :)

Morning Ber, yes Rhubarb is OK, but how are you going to sweeten it?

Yoghurt is fine provided it's not sweetened.

Citrix does stall some people, I'd suck it and see, if you stall then switch to carbonated water. :)

I've tried sweetening it with splenda once i've stewed it for a bit. It's tasted okay, even though i hate the stuff.

PMSL Susan! Why did you cook it & try it if you hate it? I can't stop laughing now! I WILL eat it :D

I know,i'm very random. I've always hated it. But back when i first started this i was seriously looking for a 'sugar' fix one day and someone, can't remember who, were making rhubarb tarts and just got the idea to microwave some with water and splenda. Cured the craving anyway. :)

LOL, can't say I've ever had an urge for Rhubarb.

I should be Lisabarb rather than Lisaberry, I loooove rhubarb! Mmmmmmm although it's at is best covered in crumble topping with custard :)
