am i doing extra easy right?

    breakfast
    250ml semi-skinned milk (HEa)
    all bran (HEb)
    banana

    Lunch
    prawn layered salad from marks and spencers (9syns i think, did not realise this at the time!)
    was basically just lettuce, carrot, sweetcorn, cucumber, pasta and prawns with a prawn dressing on though
    diet coke

    dinner
    fish (haddock yumm!) with a whole load of vegetables on the side

    snack
    blueberry muller light with banana

    Hmmm,I think I would count that as a red day and have some extra HEX's!
    You haven't really taken full advantage of the EE plan, all of the food you have eaten other than your HEX and syns are free on a red day anyway!
    You could have had some pasta or potatoes with your fish and it would still have been allowed on the EE plan!
    :)

    Sorry just realised there was pasta in your salad,so ignore my advice about turning it in to a red day! I would still have some carbs with your evening meal next time though!

    9 syns seems a lot for just cocktail sauce, was that the lowst syn value out of red and green?

    thankyou im going to do extra easy today and i will take your advice

    and it does seem a lot doesn't it :/ it was the lowest syn value
    there was a lower syn value for the same salad but a smaller portion but im pretty sure mine was the big portion...
    hmm
