am i doing it right??

    this is my kinda food diary for a day!!!

    breakfast: 1 alpen light bar, bannana
    lunch: ham snadwich
    dinner: chicken SW wedges

    inbetween i eat lots of fruit on a normal day i have
    2x apples
    2x bannana

    also have a few syns aswell but try and stay clear (not easy)

    some night if my girlfreind is working i will make the kids dinner but not have anything myself i think this maybe my downfall.
    i am losing on ave 2-3lbs a week is this ok???

    What day are you having; red, green or EE? It's also very important to have at least 5 syns a day.

    If you are doing EE you need to make sure that a third of your meals are superfree foods, and you only get one HEXa and one HEXb a day, so with your diary, you'd use your bread as your HEXb but you'd have to syn your alpen light bar that you had for brekkie, and you really should eat at least 5 syns a day like Xassy said. xx

    I guess you are doing red or ee if so ee you need to syn the alpen bar if red you are 1/2 b choice down and you need to syn the wedges where is your a choice?
