Cruise PV Am I doing this right?

Hi All,

I am delighted to be staying on this plan with you all but I wanted to check I am doing this right.

I have put on 1lb since I started cruise but I have lost a few inches.

So my menu today is

Smoked salmon omlette (2 eggs, splash of skimmed milk, misting of frylight)

Baked egg (with orange pepper and baby leeks) Fat free yogurt

Roast chicken with carrot, swede and brocoli.

Snacks - galette, greek yogurt and sf jelly.

2 litres of water, 3 coffees with skimmed milk and diet coke.

Have done a 45 minute zumba class.

I can if I think I can.
Just a wee quick quick thing that one of the experienced ladies told me - make sure that on PV days your plate is 2/3 protein and 1/3 veg. You haven't mentioned portion sizes but I know when I started cruise I ate way too much veg and much less protein. :) Xx
