breakfast ...2 medallions bacon, egg dry fried, 2 mushrooms, 5mini plum tomatoes an sweet potatoes done in oven Lunch sardines on toast +sardines in tomato sauce Dinner 2 bannister baked potatoes 20grams mature cheddar cheese snap pot baked beans lettuce and toms. snacks banana 2 after eights 5 sins ...is this too much?
 
I don't know the answer to your question as I don't do Slimming World.

If I was you I would find a joining offer in a magazine go along and get the latest books.:)
