Cruise PV Am I Eating Too Much?

S: 12st10lb C: 12st5lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 30.6 Loss: 0st5lb(2.81%)
Got up this morning and weigh the same as I did on Friday morning. So I decided to start the Cruise Phase today.

I have had the following:

Breakfast - Scrambled Egg and Bacon, 3 Oven Roasted Mini Plum Tomatoes.

No Lunch - But snacked on Ham, Seafood Sticks, 1 Pickled Gherkin, Diet Coke, Water and Coffee.

Dinner: Grilled Steak, Salad Leaves, Baby Plum Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Red Pepper, Cucumber, Dukan Vinegarette (made from the recipe in the book).

Later will have yoghurt with daily ration of oatbran and a cup of tea.

Is this too much or am I doing ok for a PV day on Cruise?


ps: Forgot to put down Roast Butternut Squash Soup with FF Fromage Frais before the Steak!

I'm only on attack hun, but this doesn't sound like too much food at all!

I would prob say not enough pure protein, was it a big steak? I'd prob have prawns too mmm yum
Veg needs to be 1/3 rd of plate with the rest being protein as this us what gives us our losses.
Was the ham low fat? And be careful with bacon as can be quite salty and stall weight loss x
