I know that SW does not promote portion control, however, I have been filling up on free and superfree foods for over a week now and still the scales will not seem to budge :/
This is my food diary from today:
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HexB) w/ semi-skimmed milk (HexA), Banana and Vanilla Fat Free Yoghurt
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Pasta w/ Tomato and Basil Sauce (Quite a small portion as this was a canteen lunch)
Snack(s): 2x Bananas, 1 Orange, Muller Light Yoghurt
Dinner: Gammon (all visible fat removed) with new potatoes, steamed green beans and baby sweetcorn with homemade syn free gravy
What is going wrong? :S
