    i'm on induction and a typical day for me is... B=eggs x2
    L=corned beef & green salad(no tomato)
    T=pork with cabbage&broccoli with a cheese sauce made from 2tblsp of double cream and a little cheese
    all washed down with gallons of water and fruit teas and my beloved pork scratchings x
    is this enough? Thank you in advance Ladies and Jim xx

    I hate to say this but think the citrus ones might have carbs in 'em? I stick to peppermint tea, and get my sweet hit from sugar free jelly and sugar free boiled sweets :)

    I also braced myself for tea with soya milk - I just cannot get out of bed for anything other than a good cup of builder's tea - and have got used to the soya :)

    Oh well I guess that's not bad, see how you get on at WI - and maybe drop them for a week and see if it makes any difference :)
