Am I on track?

Hi all,
its my 1st day on SW and I just wanted to check that everything was fine with my eating today
bfast- magic porridge with muller light & banana
dinner- cottage cheese,egg,spinach,tomato & onion quiche, muller light yoghurt
tea- SW chips,mushy peas & 2 eggs
snack- 2 bananas and a apple, 2 litres of water with sugar free vimto
This was a planned green day,I'm 15 st 7

Sounds good, you need another healthy extra b choice and you haven't mentioned of you have had any healthy extra a choice! Apart from that you seemed to have grasped in well good luck xx
 
On a green day you should have 2 B choices and one or 2 A choices. Also, you haven't had any syns either.

Even though Superfree isn't essential on green, it is good to try and incorporate it so try to have some with your dinner if possible.
 
You should. They are part of the plan and are there to make sure you get the right nutrients in you diet.
