Feeling very sad today - didn't have my official WI this morning - couldn't face being told I had put on weight - albeit only a quarter of a pound but still. I have stuck to SS+ for 6 days and SS for the other one. Not TOTM, dealt with the Constipation issue - changed from SS+ with meal, to four packs see if that helps.

    Suggestions anyone?

oh, you poor thing - I am afraid I don't have any suggestions, but I am sure some more experienced people will do. Just wanted to offer my sympathy and hopefully next week will be a better week for you x

There is a chance your home scales could be wrong. I would suggest going for your weigh in just to make sure.

    Hi,

Scales could be wrong ... what might help is, I am sometimes heavier than the week before if I've had my add a meal week (more food in me.. so to say so more weight.) but not sure if this could explain your 'problem'..

Chin up! You can do it, you might lose tons next week :)

Are you drinking enough water. I know there is a minimum amount but I always tend to drink more than that, not drinking enough can slow down your loss.

Also, are you near your BMI 25 and need to move up the plans.

Have you started exercising? I ask because last week I put on a pound! Was sooo gutted but I had just joined the gym two days before. Pleased to say I have lost 5 pounds this week so pretty sure it's all down to water retension.

    You aren't alone, lol

Yes - do tend to drink more on an evening though as at work it is tricky to make toilet trips = I am a teacher so can't get out of class!!
I have a pint of water on a morning plus a mug of hot shake (usually nearly another pint) 2 mugs of peppermint during the day and a litre of water, when I get home i have a pot of redbush, black coffee, sometimes a bouillon and two pints of water - plus my pack. Works out about 3-4 litres - switched plan today see if that helps, four packs no milk no meal -
