I don't know her to be honest, you know one of the nice things about Juddd is that its not a mega money making exercise, yes you can buy the book if you want but you don't even need to do that the principle is so simple and the science bit can be found with any Google search, I would hate for people to start cashing in on what is a simple diet that you don't have to have spare cash to follow. In fact my food bills have reduced since I am only eating every other day and my hubby eats simply (his own choice x) when I am not eating. Just my opinion x
