Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know how I got on at my first weigh in tonight. I lost 13.5lb! I am so chuffed with myself!

Now I only have a target of 1/2 lb this week as I have 2 Christmas parties to go to this week, so I reckon I could reach that! Would be amazing to have lost 1 stone in 2 weeks!

Anyway, hope everyone is ok. I gotta go now, but hope to catch up with you all this week xx

Well done you !!! What is your secret, have you been doing green or red or both, keep up the good work, i mean that is just fantastic. I wish i could have a booster like that. And i bet you havent been hungry all week either.

Hi everyone,
thanks so much for your comments. Well I do think part of it was because I was soooo bad before I started! After losing 3 stone on Cambridge, I put one stone back on by eating so much, that was in the last month or so. So I was lucky really it wasn't a bigger gain! Anyway, my eating this week has just been so healthy, a massive change to the past month.

I have had mostly greens, although I did have a mix to max day on Saturday as I had a lovely fry up (syn free one of course!).

Also, I do have over 10 stone to lose, which is why it is bigger than what others might have. I am absolutely thrilled with it, but what I would say for those that have 1-2lb losses, I really believe slow and steady will win the race, so keep up the good work everyone!

iv taken my batterys out of my scales untill weigh day other wise il weigh myslef everytime i go in my bathroom and then at the end of the week i wont think iv lost as much! neone else do that?

its a struggle tho! especially after hearing ub lost that much!! i wana check n see how im doing, which is stupid cos iv only been doing it 3 days! haha!

Step away from the scales!! lol! Just bear in mind that my starting weight was nearly 10 stone more than you! I was 24 stone 6.5lb when I started to lose weight. Did Cambridge for a little bit and then when I started SW last week weighed in at 22 stone 6.5lb. Now weigh 21 stone 7lb, so when I am being good, my weight loss is bound to be high in comparison, but remember I have a long way to go and when I get to your weight, it will slow down! :D
