I just made this and it is sooooo delicious :) 3 1/2 syns per serving but so yummy and so filling.

Slow Cooker Honey and Mustard Chicken
Serves 4. 3 1/2 syns per portion or 14 syns for the whole lot

4 chicken breasts (or diced chicken if you prefer)
    tin chick peas
Bottle English Provender Less that 2% fat honey and mustard dressing
Any other superfree veg you want to chuck in - I used mushrooms, onions, carrots and sweetcorn

Really simple one this - chuck everything in the slow cooker, give it a quick stir, stick the lid on, turn it on and leave it to cook for 6-8 hours (depending on your slow cooker).

Result is a gorgeous sweet sticky rich chicken dinner. I had mine with some free rice, but reckon it would be just as good with potatoes or more veg or whatever you fancy really! Very definitely worth the 3 1/2 syns, and I have 3 more portions to eat over the next couple of days! And more to the point so bloomin' easy

Do you know if this could be done just in the oven on a low heat? I don't have a slow cooker!! :s

I suppose so but the cost of running your oven all day would be expensive. Probably easier just to invest in a slow cooker - you can get them for a tenner.
