    Hi all,

I used to make this recipe all the time and OH loves it but since starting SW i feel too guilty. If i put down the recipe i was wondering if someone would be lovely enough to run it through the syn calculator for me...i miss my pancakes so much! :(

    250ml semi skimmed milk
    175g plain flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp caster sugar

    This would be really appreciated

    Thanks

I know! I love this recipe too and as long as you don't go over board and eat to many, syn wise the aren't too bad. I make blueberry ones :)

Did a bit of research and yeah I am going to have to syn blueberries if I actually put them in the mix. Probably 1 extra syn per pancake Xx
