Amsterdam

Hi, me and the OH are looking into going to Amsterdam early next year (around Feb-March) and we have looked into doing it with Easyjet which is relatively cheap but we are stuck over what hotel to stay in. Easyjet have an option to add one one but the one's they have aren't very close to the city centre or aren't highly rated. Does anyone have any hotel suggestions?

I went to Amsterdam and stayed in a houseboat and loved it! Booked through air b n b and I would recommend looking at what they have to offer accommodation wise for something different!

Tbh, Amsterdam is pretty small so wherever is great. Would advice to be on the inside of the Singel, and not near Centraal station. X

Have you looked on airbnb? They have some cheap places all over the world.

As for Amsterdam, I would suggest somewhere within the canals. Singel is the most central then Herengracht, Keizersgracht and Prinsengracht. I stayed between Keizersgracht and Prinsengracht just off Vijzelstraat, it was perfect. Just far enough away to be quiet but close enough that it didn't feel like a chore to walk up to Dam Square or Rembrandtplein.
