Just read your whole thread - must say you are doing amazingly! Very motivating :)
i joined the online WW 3 days ago so havent weighed in just yet but hoping for the best!

Tried Slimming World for months but it did nothing for me at all. I guess not all diets work for everyone!

i habe my fonal wedding dress fitting in July & would like to loose at least a stone by then. Im in the 19st category so got alot to lose, used to be 26 stone though so ive got to a plato (sorry for the mispelling!)

Just looking for some motivation really - its hard to explain to people that arent on a diet how its not just that simple to "stop eating rubbish"

sorry for the long post - again congratulations on your weight loss!

to be honest I feel like a fraud. I was on an for a good while went off and then back in but had a really stressful time at work and fell back into my old bad habits and for the last two weeks ate anything and everything I could from lots of chocolate to bread and mountains of rubbish

i feel so full and fat at the minute that I know I need to do something about it and get back on the plan so tomorrow is weigh day to find out the damage and then I am back on plan

sorry if you are disappointed but I know that this is for life and there are always a few glitches along the way

how are you getting on?

Well I weighed in this morning to see the two week damage and it is not good I put on 7lbs.....why can I put on so quickly but take forever to lose?? Boo

i knew I was very very off plan so can't complain

just need to get back on

so had toast for brekkie. Will have salad for lunch and fish and veg for tea

You will get that off! I put on 5lb over easter. Too much chocolate temptation! Stir fry tonight and back on it!

feel back in control of me and it feels great....yippee

Well back on plan this week and weigh day tomorrow so hopefully I can drop off some of the 7lbs I put on over the last two weeks.

i have earned myself 54 activity points this week due to lots of walks as I am off work. I have eaten all dailies and weeklies and don't have many activity points left either but I ate well and am hopeful for a good result tomorrow. Fingers crossed

Well after my great start to the day....weigh in...I hVe had a good day. In control and enjoyed the food I ate

brekkie. Omelette and ham 6
milk for tea 4

lunch ham salad 6

dinner salmon and veg 11

had some chocy and fruit

evening snack ciabatta and cheese 9

been on a few walks pottering today so that helps when I fancy a supper of a sandwich and not feel guilty

subday tomorrow and then back to work I go after a fab week off

Busy week this week out and about for work but ate well and walked more. Bought a Fitbit flex to track and motivate me to walk more.

i lost a 1lb this week

Strange week and ate rubbish at the end of the week but managed to stay the same so happy with that. And back on it today

I wasn't going to post after a nightmare week. You would not believe what I have eaten...anything and everything. What was wrong with me. I went on a long drive for work and went back to old me by stopping at a garage and eating two bags of minstrels and then in the way back doing the same again. Why oh why

i have to say I weighed in this morning although I was clothed which I am not normally as I wasn't going to bother and I have put in 8 lbs. ouch

i fully deserve that as I was off plan

so now I am back on it again. Sick of saying it to myself. Why can't I just stick to it. It's not like a very low calorie diet of shakes but I still felt need to binge

Hi just read your post. Just wanted to reply as I'm in the same boat. A weekend off plan has turned into 6 days so far. On Monday I had put on 4lbs over 3 days and haven't dared weigh since. I have binged also and hate myself for it as I don't want to but I have this feeling inside me that makes me just go crazy.

So I'm starting again tomorrow. I'm not letting this turn into a week or any longer. Bad habits are hard to break though. I just want to eat in moderation and maintain instead of dieting, losing weight, then losing the plot and putting it on again. And repeat....

Hope you are ok. Sorry that turned into self indulgent rant. Just wanted to say I understand and hope you get back on track. Start with me tomorrow x

this week I have lost 6lbs and I have upgraded my fit bit to a fit bit charge hr to measure heart rate and track my steps and it is motivating me to walk more

i have also had the worst week I have been off work in annual leave, stay at home vacation, when I get a call from work saying I am being put at risk of redundancy which will definatly turn into redundancy so I could have eaten everything and had a binge but I didn't I thought no way I cannot do that to myself and I was thinking I am fat and can't go to future job interviews like this so I need to do something. It paid off as I lost a chunk this week

back to work tomorrow and I know it will be a tricky day

how are you getting on?

Wow amazing loss of 6lbs. That's great well done! I lost as well... 3lbs so well pleased with that after last weekend. I'm not even sure how but a few days back on plan seemed to do the trick.

Sorry to hear about your redundancy. I completely understand how scary it is. Well done for not resorting to food! Happened to me 6 years ago and was devastating at the time. Although ended up with a job I loved much more afterwards. In total was out of work about 6 weeks and it was so stressful those weeks job searching. Hope you find something else quickly.

It is a good motivation to not eat too much now, to look good in your interview suit! ...every cloud! X

I weigh Saturday too. Although occasionally cheat and weigh Friday morning if I'm going out Friday night to avoid any immediate gain Saturday morning! My body definitely reacts fast to meals out, but likewise seem to lose when am on track so works both ways x
