So day one (well since joining this forum). I started a week ago but thought his might help me keep track and not find excuses.

breakfast:
3 slices of bacon fat removed
2 fried eggs done in fry light

lunch:
half a packet of ainsley harriott lemon cous cous 1/4 syn (I think)
handful of grapes

dinner: (at the mother in laws so best of a bad situation)
chicken thighs with cracked black pepper and a roasted sweet potato

snacks:
1 x alpen light bar used as heb
2 finger kit Kat 5.5 syns
hea milk in tea
hea used as milk in tea
 
Today's meals will be as follows:

breakfast was:
scrambled egg
two asda reduced fat sausages (2 syns)
mushrooms dry fried
4 slices of lean bacon

Lunch will be half a packet of cous cous with plum tomatoes and a bit of chicken followed by honeydew melon.

dinner will probably be cod with plum tomatoes and mushrooms with 28g of chorizo (2.5 syns) and the rest of the cous cous as OH will be having chips

snacks will probably be grapes and 21 Special K cracker crisps (5 syns)

hxa will be skimmed milk for cups of tea
probably not going to have my heb

total syns 9.5
 
I managed to sneak in a two finger kit kat 5.5 syns so total for today 15
 
Breakfast.... Nothing, naughty I know but forgot to eat the alpen lights that I had planned and by time I remembered it was lunch time

lunch... Half a slimming world quiche made with savoury curry rice, eggs and low fat cottage cheese with added chicken
grapes as a mid afternoon snack. Colleagues ate the rest of the quiche and loved it.

tea... Chicken skinless thighs and mushroom cous cous melon or strawberries after

hea skimmed milk in tea
 
I added some chorizo sausage 28g = 2.5 syns and plum tomatoes to tea. Very yummy.
