Angel Delight Banana Syn Value???

Hey there does anyone know what Angel Delight Banana is if you use the milk as you healthy extra?? It says 14 i'm guessing that's for the whole thing. Does anyone know lol!! sorry new to SW any help would be appreciated. Hope everyone's having a great weekend! mwah Maz Xx : )

Dont know if this would work? I dont have my books with me im at my mams. Go to the section which lists the syns for items and look up how manys syns the milk is your using and deduct this from the full syn amount to give you an idea
