I'm so hoping I get my 4 stone award this week, but that means I need to lose 6lbs! Not sure whether I've done it to be honest! But im hoping!

I've been reading through all the ups and downs in your posts and I must admit it's been a little weird, feel as if I could have written most of them myself! So refreshing and reassuring to read about someone who is in a similar boat to me, & I love your honesty too!!

I think we're the same age actually, and it looks likes you started at around the same weight as me, but you've gone on to lose an amazing amount already! Well done you!! I'm at uni for a few more weeks, but feel inspired after reading your your lovely ramblings to join a slimming world group when I go home to Gloucester for the summer. I'm even considering the gym! Definitely feel really serious about getting myself in gear and shifting some of these horrible pounds asap. before my friend's wedding in August.. I'm being her bridesmaid..eekk!!

I've just started up my daily food diary.. would be great to get some feedback on what I'm eating..or any top tips, especially as you seem to be the pro!! :p

Ooo and well done on this weeks fabulous loss of 5.5lbs!! Amazing :)

It's nice for me to know that there's someone like me out there haha!!
I'm 20, was 19 when I started and weighed 22.05 stones.
I recommend slimming world a million squillion percent! And joining a group is whats made me stick at it - if I wasn't going every week, I would not have kept doing it, also this website is absolutely amazing - I find I always do loads better if I make an effort to come on here at least once a day. :)
What a fantastic goal to go for!! You'll be stunning!
I'll definetly look at your food diary, I'm sure it's great! I wouldn't say I'm a pro haha!!
