Hey, still plodding on! Hope you're okay.
It was fabulous - I think I'm still hurting from it haha! It was great - he was full of information and I found it super useful !
I got them from tesco - I couldn't find them anywhere else.

So, I've been having a think - and I feel like I have plateaued. I might not have but I'm feeling the need to change it up a bit, so today I am going to do my very first red day!
Wish me luck! I'm not expecting to get it right 1st time, but I'm going to give it a go!

Hey anna thats pants no one works harder than you at the gym. I read your diary regulary and nothing jumps out at me x x

Oh Anna :( how frustrating.. Maybe limit your syns to 8 a day and up your superspeed foods? Just a suggestion but maybe worth a try.. & plus strawberries etc. are lush! Xx

It will come off next week don't worry :) Could have just been bit of bloating, or a good toilet trip! :p I put on 1.5lbs this week too, although I had a bad weekend so serves me right. You have been working so hard and done so well so chin up and keep going lovely!! x
