How are you feeling? Better I hope, tonsilitus is horrible, I used to suffer with it a lot and its a nasty thing, really drains you. You seem to be on plan though which is great, well done you!!

I haven't managed to stay on plan while parents were here, had all the best intentions but apple crumble and custard and lasagne and chips soon changed that!! Also done something to my neck/back so feeling a bit rubbish too. Ah well only a week and then I have a week off work which I can't wait for.

Keep smiling hun and well done for staying on track.

Im trying hard to keep on plan - but feel like I'm being naughty because I haven't had any fruit for 2 days ahh?!
Don't worry about it hun, just get back on track when you can, you know that the plan works, and it will be fine :D I hope you enjoyed it though!!

I'm back at work in just over 2weeks, (been off for the summer as I work in education) can't wait to go back though - start my new job :D

My current book obsession;

The time travellers wife

I picked up 11 books yesterday at a local charity book shop, and the time travellers wife was one of them, I am hooked already and I'm only on page 64. The only problem is, is that when I read I find it so relaxing that I fall asleep haha!!
I haven't seen the movie of the time travellers wife and I'm not going to until I have read the book :D I'll let you know what I think once I am done with it :D
