Annoying cough

Is anyone have the problem for coughing? Since I started this diet on the 3rd of March, I've been coughing a lot and it doesn't stop no matter what kind of cough medicine i drink it still there and it really dry and annoying.

ooo hun thats a long time.....grass pollen season has kicked in, and in full force too.
May be that.
If you are worried hun go and speak to your GP.
Im sure you will be fine, but it does sound allergic to me. Are you alergic to anything?

I don't think it's connected to the diet but if you have started to eat lots of dairy products (mullerlights etc) cut them out til the cough has gone. Like Ruthy said, see your GP it's a long time
