mon 27th april
morning everyone
As were 3hrs ahead here its still the middle of the night elsewhere. l had a good day yesterday as soon as l woke this morn l jumped on scales sts very bad habit l know but"lm a serial scale hopper" which plays a great part in my downfall at times so lm going to try my very best to stay clear for a couple of days. my days start early here as l have a toddler who likes a 6 start in the morning not complaining weather is fantastic here sunshine most days more reason to lose the weight!!!! have a fabby day everyone :D:D:D

another day over and no slip ups nearly did though this afternoon fun size bountys lurking in the fridge grabbed an apple instead :angel09:not nearly as tasty

great to see your on the boards l've regained 30lbs want to loose it before l go home on hols in july getting hot here now 42 degrees yesterday better than cold and rain l'll keep an eye for were 3 hrs ahead here so its 3am at home good luck with last stone :D:D
