Hi all, still a bit new. Hope it's in the right place? I got slimmer of the week last night, as a 4lb lost. That's 5 1/2 in 2 weeks I think the Wii has helped, even though I have sore arms ;-)

i agree that the wii helps, ive also been doin wii fit and have lost 1 stone 1/2lb in 4 weeks
