another cd reject...

lol though i am also a LL,WW,SW,RC reject aswell.....well i am a success in trying these diets at least...i lost 6 st with ww in my late teens early 20's and again 7 st with rc in my late 20's and maintained that untill i had my kids...now im 40 and i have got more weight than ever to loose have tried cd and ll but i just couldnt cope with that so i have decided that i can do this and must by watching the calories etc. anyway i started on monday with a vengence have exercised and eaten well and have tried to keep my carbs low and the veg and fruit up, i have resisted the temptation to hop on the scales daily aswell, which i was doing about 5 times a day when i was on cd.
I was watching the biggest looser and i loved what one of the gals on there said...
"slow and steady lil tortoise is me i guess," after her 3rd week of loosing 2 lb, "i may get there slowly but im gonna look GOOD in my shell!!":happy096:

Good luck to you - I've heard if it comes off slowly it's more likely to stay off as you have trained yourself in your new eating habits.

When is the Biggest Loser on? I've never seen it but I have heard a lot of people talk about it. What channel is it on?

hey yoyo, im in the uk and the biggest loser is on weekdays at mid day on satelite sky2, im addicted to the programme and alot less calories in it...lol

well i had my first weigh in on monday and i have lost 5 lbs so i am very pleased my goal for this week is to loose another 3 lb so hopefully i should do that if all goes to plan.
