another failed week

well tomorrow is a restart again , not been doing so well. havent really dieted at all this week , few of the problems that us women can suffer from so have bit spaced on pain killers and the odd drop of morphine . went to my cdc this morning and have gained 1 lb , ( probably poo due to the pain killers constipating me !!! lol )which i dont suppose is too bad ! so my total loss now over 5 weeks is 11 1/2 lb...
oh well keep at it . will be slim for crimbo

Yeah I have been terrible AGAIN this week! and continuing today as well! I WILL NOT CHEAT!!!! I must sort my bl**dy head out! Mommysue I'm in the same boat but we CAN and WILL do it!!

Right Mommysue and lucylu consider this a bum smacking, No more cheating, just think about the lovely dress or cheeky underwear you'll be in at Christmas if you don't cheat, it's only a few weeks but we all know in a few weeks miracles happen with Cambridge so keep to it, you've both done brill so far, and you both know you'd rather have a cheat christmas day than a normal boring day, there's so much more worth cheating for then hee hee xx GO GIRLS xx

Sue, you've lost 11.5 which is better off than on :) So what if you've cheated, it's not easy for someone who is feeling well, so probably even harder for you when you've had a health problem to cope with too! You can do it, you have already or that weight wouldn't have gone. I know how you feel because when you have had a cheaty week it's so damn hard to get back into it but you can! Come back to the 7 day thread and try to think "new day tomorrow, new week, I CAN do it this week" :)
