Thanks Blonde gem - I have a couple of questions - maybe you will know answer ? If I broke the TFR and ate something is it a case of getting back into ketosis again and therefore you wouldn't have such a good weight loss that week ? I have 2.5 stone to lose, have been exercising loads since Feb and lost 18.5 inches but only lost 9lb and have been stuck at 12.1 for what seems like forever so drastic action is required xx
