another new one to CD!

Hi all! I'm another new one to the CD diet. Have been on it 2 weeks and lost 1 stone 1lb. couldn't believe it!! hpe it carrys on this well.

How much do you have to lose? How are you finding CD? What are your favourite flavours?

another 2 stone would be great but we'll see!.....most flavours ok but not fruits of forest or strawberry. Haven't tried the bars yet, am gonn keep with wots working 4 now!
