Hi to all - have been reading the website for quite a while but finally have internet at home so can log on properly now.

I'm Bella - started my final diet on 4th Jan 2010, am doing the cambridge ss, while using up some LL packs from my failed attempts last year!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi to you all and introduce myself, will no doubt require some support at some point and hopefully I can offer others the same.

Hi Bella,
i too am doing the same as you using up the rest of my lighterlife packs, i did the diet very successfully last year i lost 3 stone in total but then decided i had better introduce food ready for my wedding day 3 course meal!!!! i hadnt finished loosing weight at that time but i went form a size 18 to a 10/12 but since eating foods i have but on a little weight so i have decided now is the time to get rid of that weight & more lol xx
