Another newbie here!

Hello from Southport. I'm Ruth, I came across this forum a week or so ago and have found it very interesting so thought I'd sign up and join in. I've been doing Slimming World for almost 12 weeks now. I got my 1 stone award last week and I need to lose another pound for my Club 10 award.

I'm looking forward to learning lots of useful tips to help me along, maybe I'll even have a few of my own to offer!
