Another newbie landed - rather aimlessly..?

Hello everyone - this site seems to be exactly what I was looking for - a friendly place to be amongst others who have decided to shift the pounds. I am not following any particular diet (which might be a mistake! :eek:) but I feel that excercise and cutting back on the junk is my first port of call.
I have two children aged three and nearly two and despite losing the baby wiehgt twice over, I appear to have piled it all back on again and more!! I now have three stone to lose. :eek:
I hope to find some moral support and firends to share the journey with and it seems there is a lot to learn on this site so here goes! :)

Hi and welcome.

Some are on VLCD like CD, LL or LT. Others are on SW, WW, calorie counting. Have a look at the sections and you may decide to start on a diet plan.

hi mikki welcome and good luck with the weight loss im doing the same as you cutting out the junk and cutting back on portion sizes green tea is also quiet good to help metabolism, so good luck with it all

Hi Mikki and welcome. I've just been here a week, doing Weight Watchers but reading lots of areas of the forum and learning loads.

It's a busy place which is good and everyone seems very friendly and helpful.
