Not a newbie to dieting but more so to calorie counting. Have been following SW for the last 30 years or more and still not got it right or got the willpower to follow it for any length of time. Did an online quiz to see if you are pre-diabetic or have diabetes and it showed me that if I don't do something soon I will be a diabetic and will end up with lots of co-morbidities. Retirement is not so far off in the distance and 60 is heading fast so have three goals; to get healthy, lose weight and enjoy life to the full instead of waiting for someone else to do it for me; which is never going to happen. Look forward to meeting some like minded people to help me achieve what I know I can.
