Another newbie

Hello everybody,

I would like to introduce myself. I have been attending SW for 8 weeks and have lost 21lbs so far :D.

After a great start, things unsurprisingly are beginning to slow down. I haven't lost motivation yet and am keeping within the plan, I just have to learn to get used to some weeks staying the same, even if I have been good.

I have also introduced exercise mostly using EA Active Sports 2 - medium intensity. I am on day 17 of 61 for the 9-week plan and try to do this 4 days a week, burning 400+ calories for each workout. I also do a 30 min+ walk 2-3 times a week and swim when I can.

I hope that this forum will supplement the support I am getting at group.
