Another Newbie

Hi, i started CD last week. Had my first WI yesterday and have lost 11lbs . I have a long way to go but hopefully with the help of you guys on here i won't fall off the wagon!

Looking at some of the before and after pics on here has given me great inspiration, i can't wait til the day when i can add mine
