Another newbie!

    Hay Everyone :D,
    i'm 25 with 3 children (11yrs, 19mths and 4mths). I'm on day 2 of ss.
    I completed lighter life a few years ago but am finding it harder this time around though, is this normal?
    AAAARRRRHHHH Food is constantly on my mind!!!!! Please give me a kick up the backside as really don't want to fail this early on...:sigh:

    I think it's totally normal for it to be harder getting back into ketosis 2nd time around ((hugs)). I'm a returner (after a few years) too.
    I read lots of stories of people struggling, the theory is that your brain 'remembers' what you are planning on doing!! lol

    Hold on tight.. ignore your trick playing head and you'll be celebrating your first weeks losses soon for sure! :D

    We've an Easter and march challenge on if you fancy joining them, 3 weeks (just under) till the Easter one closes :)
