Another points question...

    I know how to work out my points allowance ok, but how do I work out my range? In other words, how do I work out the minimum amount of points I need to consume if I want to use the Wendie Plan for a week or two?

    wendie plan isnt an actual WW plan so add your weekly allowance up and as long as you dont go over ur weekly allowance you're fine.

    just dont go under 14 a day.
