Hi folks,

just wondering, I had a smoothie for my lunch today - orange juice,mango and strawberries (was the average sized smoothie that you buy in a cafe)............ NO idea how to point this, anyone any idea how much I should give it?

Hmmm I don't know.

Strawberries are half a point for a normal serving.

Mango is also half a point for a normal servind (a slice).

Orange juice is the killer. A small glass is about 1.5 points, depends on how much you think was in there.

I would say that that would MORE then cover it! To be honest they probably didn't use that much OJ (with all the juice in the other two fruits). Basically (if you can be bothered to measure out some water to see) 50ml is half a point, 100ml is 1 point etc etc. In a glass it doesn't really look like that much.

I only have about 50ml of OJ with my breakfast in the morning - that's mainly to swallow vitamin pills with though. Two sips and it's gone!
