I was really poorly last night and today some sort of upset belly and generally feeling knackered and rough. I have eaten really badly today.

Don't tell anyone but I popped to the shops! There wasn't many people about, and I kept my nose and mouth inside my top! I think the girl thought I was going to steal things I got some beechams, Alpen light bars and Pepsi Max. I think I wore myself out though, I got home and I've put my PJ's back on!

I hope I didn't infect anyone! I didn't cough or sneeze whilst I was out, all I need now is the paper to read "mass swine flu deaths in Gloucester!"

Thanks everyone! I am about to go back to bed, but thanks to the pig cold I lost 4lbs and got my Club10 sticker back!
