Another veggie in the mix

Hey all,
I'm veggie and have been most of my life but been back to it the last 4 years. :) Time is ticking by eh!

Adding protein is tricky whilst losing weight sometimes but I do manage it and when I'm busy I do 'cheat' and use meal replacement bars such as slimfast or maximuscle.

Anyone else have great tips for protein?

I've just joined and have been vegetarian since 1983, so thought I would say "Hello!"

Protein can be tricky; I find some of the Quorn products very useful, and I use tofu a lot in recipes. Pulses are fine but they can have a rather powerful effect on my delicate stomach (ahem!) and as I have a job that involves a lot of 'upfront' public speaking I tend to avoid them.

How is your healthy eating going?
 
I sometimes (when not in cd) have a miximuscle protein shake. I also eat lots of quorn. The products are brill!
