I'm veggie and have been most of my life but been back to it the last 4 years.
Time is ticking by eh!
Adding protein is tricky whilst losing weight sometimes but I do manage it and when I'm busy I do 'cheat' and use meal replacement bars such as slimfast or maximuscle.
Anyone else have great tips for protein?
