Another weeks challenge...

Miserable WI. Miserable. Gonna see if I can change things this week and do things properly. Remember people, there are no shortcuts and it is imperative that we do it right. Minimal coffee for me this week and plenty of water. Also going to ensure I eat 3 meals a day and I'll aim to lose the 3lbs that I put on this week. :cry:

Well, I did weigh myself, and I've either lost a pound since yesterday or I only gained two. 'Only' she says. Still not exactly over the moon but at least the scales are going in the right direction now. :)

I'm thinking that myself. Thanks D, a little perspective is definitely needed sometimes while we do this. :)
